Wrong Size?
Free size exchange within 30 days of delivery, while your size is in stock. It must be unworn and unwashed, with the tags on. Email support@lonechryst.com with your order number and the size you need before sending anything back.

Damaged or Wrong Item
Email support@lonechryst.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the shipping label. If approved, we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Final Sale
Everything else is final sale. International orders are final sale and can't be exchanged for size. Not sure of your size? Check the size chart, or DM or email us before you order.

Lost or Returned Packages
If tracking says delivered and you can't find it, wait 24 hours, then email us within 7 days. If a package comes back to us because of a wrong address, we'll reship it once the new shipping cost is paid.
